Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs, giving you the right to claim a warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. To this, we add an extra year of warranty.
If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is, in any case, two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
Complaints
It is always possible that something doesn’t go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@snooze-club.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Additionally, consumers in the EU can also file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union's platform.
