Shipping & Return Policy
Order Processing and Verification
Estimated delivery times:
2-3 days for order processing and 3-8 days shipping time.
You will always receive an email once your order has been processed, including a tracking number.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we have a few hours to make adjustments or cancel the order. After the order leaves our warehouse (usually a few hours after being received), we can no longer modify the information.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect delivery address is provided when placing an order, Snooze Club is not responsible and cannot send a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us immediately via our Contact page. The fastest way to reach us is through our contact form or by emailing info@snoozeclub.com. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot send replacement packages or refund these orders.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love the feel of your new sleeping accessories. If you are unhappy, we gladly accept returns for returnable items purchased on our site within 30 days of purchase and 100 days for our first-time customers.
How To Return:
When requesting for return, please contact our team at info@snooze-club.com provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Item Name
- Reason of Return
To use this right, contact us at info@snooze-club.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
🇪🇺 Return labels by us are available for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and sealed in their original packaging. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being declined.
Bundle Orders
Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items purchased using a discount code and automatic discount applied are classified as Final Sale merchandise. As such, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are sold as-is and cannot be processed for any form of return once the purchase is complete. We encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing their orders, as we are unable to accommodate returns on discounted items.
